Complaints: LVE Patient Advice and Liaison Service

Using psychological services, as a client or relative, sometimes you may need to turn to someone for on-the-spot advice, support or information on the level of care you received. The LVE advice and liaison service (‘LVE klachtencommissie’) provides confidential advice and support, helping you sort out any concerns you may have about the care we provide. The service aims to:

  • Listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries,
  • Advise and work towards a solution, if needed sort out problems quickly on your behalf,
  • Put you in touch with other sources of help.

On your first appointment, we will provide you with a leaflet about this service.
